At MadMika.co, many of our products are handmade, made to order, assembled in small batches, customized, or delivered digitally. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the policy below.
1. General Policy
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

change of mind

buyer’s remorse
-
ordering the wrong item
-
misunderstanding the product description
-
minor cosmetic differences, finish marks, layer lines, texture, or slight variation inherent to handmade, 3D-printed, custom, or small-batch products
-
normal wear and tear
-
misuse, improper installation, modification, abuse, or accidental damage after delivery
-
digital downloads, code, software, files, or any other non-tangible product once delivered or accessed
However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we want to help and will work with you to make it right.
2. Handmade and Small-Batch Products
Many products sold on MadMika.co are handmade, 3D printed, assembled, or finished individually. Because of this:

slight variation in color, finish, texture, fit, support marks, print lines, seam lines, or overall appearance may occur
-
these natural variations are not considered defects
-
product photos are representative and may not be perfectly identical to the item received
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of these products.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@madmika.co with:

your order number

a description of the issue
-
clear photos of the item and packaging
If we determine the issue is valid, we may, at our sole discretion:

send a replacement

repair the issue

send replacement parts
-
offer store credit
-
issue a full or partial refund
We reserve the right to require proof of the issue before approving any remedy.
4. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Items
Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
If there is an error caused by us, we will review the issue and work toward a reasonable fix, replacement, or other solution.
5. Digital Products, Code, and Downloadable Files
All digital products, including but not limited to:

code
-
software
-
downloadable files
-
templates
-
guides
-
CAD or design-related files
-
other digital content
are final sale and non-refundable.
These products are licensed, not sold, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are for the purchaser’s own permitted use only and are not for resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing, reposting, or commercial re-packaging.
6. Return Requests
We generally do not accept returns unless we specifically authorize one in writing.
If a return is approved:

the item must be unused and in original condition
-
it must be returned in original packaging where possible
-
the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
-
original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started.
Once an item has entered production, been customized, packed, shipped, delivered digitally, or otherwise processed, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Non-Transferable / Not for Resale
Products purchased from MadMika.co are intended for the original purchaser only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our digital products, code, and proprietary content may not be resold, redistributed, copied into resale bundles, relicensed, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
9. Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@madmika.co so we can try to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback after receiving a valid product, digital delivery, replacement, support, or a reasonable offered remedy may be treated as a violation of this policy and may result in denial of future service where permitted by law.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
