MadMika.co (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides handmade goods, custom items, 3D-printed products, digital files, code, and related products or services through this website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • handmade, custom, 3D-printed, and small-batch items may vary in appearance, finish, color, texture, and minor detail

  • product photos are illustrative and may not be perfectly identical to the final item

  • we do not guarantee that your screen will display colors perfectly

Such variations do not automatically qualify as defects.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order

  • limit quantities

  • correct pricing, listing, or description errors

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or misuse

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund where applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [CAD/USD] unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, shipping fees, and other disclosed fees at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • customs

  • weather

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • events outside our control

Risk of loss may pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to your address, depending on applicable law and the nature of the transaction.

7. Refunds and Returns

Your purchase is also governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Digital Products and License Terms

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products sold or provided through MadMika.co are licensed to the original purchaser on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the digital product

  • upload it to marketplaces, forums, GitHub, file-sharing sites, or public repositories

  • give, transfer, or bundle it with another product or service

  • claim it as your own work

  • remove any authorship, copyright, attribution, watermark, or identifying notice

  • use it in any way that competes with MadMika.co

  • copy it for commercial resale or mass distribution

Unless expressly permitted in writing, purchases of code, files, and digital products are for the purchaser’s own internal/personal use only.

9. No Resale / Anti-Redistribution

Products, designs, code, files, instructions, and content sold through MadMika.co are not for resale unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate access to digital content, or pursue available remedies if we believe a customer is purchasing for unauthorized resale, redistribution, cloning, copying, or commercial exploitation of our work.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials, including but not limited to:

  • text

  • graphics

  • logos

  • branding

  • photos

  • videos

  • product designs

  • code

  • digital downloads

  • documentation

  • instructions

  • files

are owned by or licensed to MadMika.co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, sold, or exploited without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Our total liability relating to any order or claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
