Thank you for shopping with MadMika.co. Many of our items are handmade, made to order, produced in small batches, or custom-prepared before shipment. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

We may expand shipping destinations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

2. Fulfillment Location

Orders are currently fulfilled from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

3. Processing Time

Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or prepared in small batches, processing time may vary.

Our standard processing times are:

  • Usually within 1 week

  • May take up to 1 month before shipment, depending on the product, order volume, customization, material availability, or production requirements

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, make, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use the best available shipping carrier at the time of fulfillment, based on the destination, package size, product type, cost, reliability, and service availability.

Carrier selection is at our discretion.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Depending on the item, destination, promotion, or order details, we may offer:

  • calculated shipping

  • flat-rate shipping

  • free shipping on certain products, orders, or locations

Any shipping rates, thresholds, or promotions shown on the website apply to future orders only and may be changed, updated, or removed at any time before checkout.

The shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for that order.

6. Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • carrier delays

  • weather

  • holidays

  • peak shipping periods

  • service interruptions

  • incorrect or incomplete address information

  • remote delivery areas

7. Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 1 month after it has been shipped, please contact us at support@madmika.co.

Depending on the situation, we may, at our discretion:

  • investigate the shipment

  • issue a refund

  • send a replacement

  • offer another reasonable resolution based on the circumstances

We may require reasonable time to investigate with the carrier before a refund or replacement is issued.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided:

  • we are not responsible for delivery failure or delay caused by that information

  • reshipping fees may apply

  • additional shipping charges may be required before the order is resent

If the package is returned to us due to address issues, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.

9. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@madmika.co and we will review the situation.

If tracking shows the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  • check around the delivery location

  • check with household members, building staff, or neighbors

  • contact the carrier directly where appropriate

Packages marked as delivered are handled case by case and are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@madmika.co as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

11. Handmade / Made-to-Order Products

Because many MadMika.co products are handmade, 3D printed, custom, or prepared in small batches:

  • processing time may vary from order to order

  • shipment may take longer during busy periods

  • slight variation in finish or appearance does not affect shipping status or delivery obligations

12. Digital Products

Digital products, including code, downloadable files, and other non-physical items, are not shipped physically.

If you purchase a digital product, delivery will be made electronically through the method stated on the product page, checkout, or order confirmation.
